McDonald's in Covington

“I don’t know the name of who took my order. But I’m 20 weeks pregnant with a toddler and my husband is in basic training. So it’s been a rough few weeks. One of my biggest cravings the past couple of weeks (that I didn’t get until today) was McNuggets dipped in McDonald’s tartar sauce. I was slightly disappointed when she took my order because she mentioned they didn’t have a container for the tartar sauce. I got home and I saw that she made it happen. Thank you so much! You made my day with something so simple, just that gesture. Because I was not expecting it. Please give her a raise because I was really under the impression I wasn’t getting the side of tartar sauce. I know people are gonna read this and think I’m crazy, (it’s just tartar sauce) and it is but it’s been a rough almost two weeks. That gesture was the pick me up I needed. Thank you so much for the surprise.“

“I couldn't believe this was Mc Donald's. The customer service was excellent. The managers, both of them were so friendly and the workers. The food was hot and fresh and my Big Mac was not sloppily made. I have never had this experience at a McDonald's...great restaurant... I hope they stay this way.

Parking: Parking is too close to the drive thru.“

“Stopped in on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised to see there was plenty of staff, food was fresh, and the employees were friendly. They actually had an accidental spill in the dining room and they were all working together in great spirits to clean it up; was impressed by the team work. Not often I’ll rate a McD’s but this one gets 5 stars.“

“Dria was the only one that wanted to work and if it was up to me all of the other employees would not have a job for their terrible customer service. I was rushed ordering, therefore my order was not correct. When trying to correct my order, the drive thru associate rudely asked for my receipt and clearly did not want to give me a large drink like it was coming out of her pockets. I was forced to pull up (with the rest of the drive thru line) for an apple pie with no type of eta however, Dria came outside and made me feel like a customer should! This 5 star is for Dria and the cooks!“

“The girl at the drive-thru was borderline rude, and she didn't get my order correct. However, when I went inside for my order to be corrected, there was a young man by the name of Tristan who met me with a smile and immediately corrected my order. He apologized, and his smile and overall demeanor completely changed the outcome of my interaction at this McDonalds. I walked away feeling much better about the whole transaction, but only because of Tristan. It is unfortunate that there aren't more employees like Tristan, and McDonalds should do their best to keep him around!“
