“My 11 year old wanted to use her rewards to get an ice cream cone. She's always so excited to make her own orders. To our surprise, we get to the window after receiving our receipt at the first window, and they told us they were out of ice cream because...THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKE THAT MORNING ??The lady at the window saw the hurt in my daughter's eyes as she began to be a diva and cry...lol.. but not only was the lady at the window compassionate, she gave some other sweet treat offers to my daughter and she lit up like a Christmas tree. She hooked that Caramel Frappe up and my daughter couldn't stop raving over how good it was and how the lady at the window was sooo nice to her. I wish I would've gotten her name but it was yesterday afternoon February 11th around 2 or 3... She was a thick black woman and her customer service was A1.I know sometimes we be quick to give a bad review but I wanted and needed to acknowledge this lady because she made our day brighter.“
“For a Mcdonalds its a Decent Atmosphere without a lot of Rigamarore & the Food is Decent. The Employees seam to Like their jobs so the Orders are always right & my Husband I are specialties. Im a mayo & onion only girl & & hes a no pickle, no garden kinda guy. Tall order for some to go places. Trust me, I Know!“
“I waited about 10 minutes to have someone take my order the second time after I was skipped in the drive-thru the first time. So I drove around to one of the windows and asked the lady if both lanes were working she stated yes. She apologized and stated that there is a worker falling short on the drive-thru duties. So I went around again, vs inside as I had 3 tired whining kids that I didn't want to take out of the car. The second time, the person took forever 3 cars before drove off. If the food was for myself, I would've been gone, but the kids once again only wanted McDonald's.After finally getting the meals, one of them were incorrect ?. At this point, I was really annoyed and ready to go.There was only one person who took her job seriously, and I didn't get her name. She does have dreads and even came outside at one point to see if the person was actually taking orders for drive-thru. Kudos to you.“
“Showed up at 10 on a Sunday to get breakfast. It was PACKED. Drive through line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. I HATE the ordering kiosk but I get it. Put my order in and within a minute someone walked over and asked if I had been helped. I told her I ordered from the kiosk but thank you. Another minute goes by and ANOTHER person comes over to ask me if I had been helped. At this point I feel like I’m at a five star restaurant. Food in hand a minute later and out the door. Everyone likes to hate on McDonalds and I’ve had my fair share of nightmares but not today! Kudos team.“
