McDonald's in Fayetteville

“Horrendous. We went there just now and they had all the doors locked. 2 girls were just sitting inside laughing while eating from McDonald’s bags and texting that were closed but that they did not work there. We knocked for a while with our kids in the heat and they wouldn’t answer the door even though they were looking at us and still serving drive through. Eventually someone came to the door and said they are closed bc they can do that if they want whenever they want and I said why are other customers in here? She said bc they had been there already and they could stay. Very mean and very rude and said they don’t answer the phones. Tried to come for 1 second to the only indoor playground in Fayetteville but the lazy workers let us stand there with our kids in the heat with no sign on the door and no intention to answer the phones and no cares at all. Horrible“

“Very friendly and attentive manager and staff. Very clean and ordering the fiid was easy because the kids used the touch screen. We ate in the play area which was great as it was so hot out. We didn't end up getting the cookies we ordered or ice cream ( no Elio toys left), but the kids had a great time.“
