“My daughter and I stopped by this McDonald's after leaving the airport and were pleasantly surprised! We went through the drive thru, and the girl that took our order was polite and friendly. The lady that gave us our food was so nice! She asked us about our day and was very cheerful! Our order was perfect, hot, and fresh!Normally, when we go to other locations, the employees don't speak to you or even look at you, and there is always something wrong with the order. But this McDonald's was outstanding! I only wish it was closer to home! We will visit this location the next time we go to the airport!“
“This 11:58 pm 9/30/23 Saturday night crew deserves recognition and a raise because they had to deal with all the traffic that the Old National “Cash Only” crew sent their way. It was a little slow but they took orders efficiently w/ good attitudes. The 1st lady was taking the drive through correctly and the food person at the 2nd window was fast and polite. The Riverdale Night Crew can definitely teach the Old Nat night crew several prosperous, customer service tools. Give the Riverdale night crew a nice RAISE!!! They deserve it!!!!!“
