“Matthew was at the window and he was a very pleasant young man. He was polite and he greeted us upon arriving at the window. Didn’t know what to expect because initially we weren’t greeted and it took a while to be acknowledged at the speaker. He made the inconveniences worth it. He also made sure we had all we needed and what all we ordered. I love to see young ppl with positive attitudes. Customer service is a big deal to some. Keep it in young fella ❤“
“There was some guy dining in, and he was talking loud and using profanity. He spoke on the phone for more than 30 minutes. I sat and had lunch with my grandkids. This other patron did not stop talking. We enjoyed our fresh, hot food but not our company. A rude guy sitting in the rear left corner.“
