“Absolutely love the staff here they go above and beyond. The night staff fed a homeless woman here at no charge and it warmed my heart to see people doing good. They didn't even allow mr to pay for her meal.
Thanks for not being like midnight diner in NC and refusing to feed the homeless even when they're not paying for it. You guys will continue to get my service.“
“So I had so trouble with the app a few days ago went into spoke with the manager. Edith not only assisted me with all my questions but also solved my problem with a quick solution! Honestly I tried everything to handle my issue online before coming in. However Edith with her great customer service and compassion for me made my experience a lot easier. “Jasmine, the evening shift manager is unbelievably rude and condescending. I attempted to explain to her about a recent experience that I had and she made me feel as if it were a challenge for her to listen to my concern. Her response was so insulting until I cut the conversation and pulled off. I asked to speak to the manager, Pam, and she told me she was not available. I shared with her that Pam would not be interested about an issue that I experienced? Jasmine responded, she is unavailable. Her attitude was so deplorable and disgusting until.I wanted to throw the coke in her face. As a rewards customer, it doesn't matter how many days I drive through using the app and spending money. I don't care how much money I saved, I will go to Chick-Fil-A where I am appreciated and I don't care that my same meal will cost approximately $3 more than McDonald's would charge. The young people are rude and now I understand why because the management is rude. Jasmine needs to be fired. She is not fit to work in a morgue. She would disrupt the heads sleep because she is so rude.“
