The manager on duty is super loud telling staff not to change orders in the drive thru. Getting on to them loudly pretty much the whole time we were there. Dropped bags on the floor and reused them for food FYI no customer wants any part of their order on the floor 🤢
Then she didn't know I was the one she was talking about but I was standing at the counter. So do better“
“Every single time I come to this location the staff is always friendly and mindful. I would like to especially recognize the manager Kayla who is literally one of the nicest human beings on the planet. If I could I would personally give her a raise. 2 sausage burritos
Chickens biscuit meal
1 apple pie (by suggestion selling)
And I rounded up to help support ur cause.
I received ONE sausage biscuit!
3 bacon egg biscuits
2 bacon burritos
A very burnt black chicken
And no apple pie
We don't eat bacon!
Why are ordered here CONSTANTLY wrong?
While waiting, I watched 3 different workers walk in to get their order, walk back to their truck. Just to walk back in to say their order was wrong.
I keep trying this location every 3 or 4 months just to be assured they STILL get my same order wrong!
It's written correctly on the receipt and bag tag.
Seems they just don't pay attention to what they're putting in which bag.“
