Musulyn's International Restaurant in Covington is a gem serving delicious international cuisine. Customers praise the tender oxtails and large portion sizes. The smoked greens, collard green egg rolls, and fried chicken are flavorful. The mac & cheese and friend catfish are must-tries, with the catfish described as the best ever. The seared lamb, braised oxtails, and sweet potato curry were home runs, with sweet plantains as bites of heaven. The blackened salmon was perhaps the best ever, spiced well and served at a perfect temperature. The oven roasted chicken was moist and delicious, with fabulous sides. Everything was excellent, with fried chicken and oxtails being top tier. Sides did not disappoint. The stew was phenomenal. Chef/Owner Carmenia imparts care and love in the food.
