I am all about supporting local businesses and as a person who has been in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, I completely understand the challenges restaurants face post pandemic. Sushi was excellent. Did not care for the teriyaki chicken, was cooked fine but too saucy. The steak was good quality but overcooked. The service was polite but unfortunately slow, I believe they were short staffed.
