Came in today and witnessed the staff handling a very rude customer with so much patience and professionalism. They were kind, calm, and respectful even when it wasn’t deserved. Food was great as always, but the customer service really stood out. Huge kudos to the team working today!
Today, 2-13/25 is my second visit to this Jersey Mike’s shop. My first visit was right after they opened this store. I ordered a cheese steak. Got home and found very little steak. Very disappointing!!! Well today I had the hungries for a cheese steak and figured I’d try Jersey Mike’s a second time. Glad I did. Service was great and my sandwich was most satisfying. I’ll be BACK!!!
Kellie is the best at this location! Sandwiches are always great and fulfilling. The store is very clean and has friendly staff. 10/10!!
