There's nothing special about Pasta Americana, other than the fact that it doesn't exist. It's a ghost kitchen that operates from Ruby Tuesday, and if I recall correctly, everything on the Pasta Americana menu is also on the Ruby Tuesday menu.(Mr. Beast Burger is also operated out of Ruby Tuesday, but that's a whole nother review)
My girlfriend and I visited this location first time after Covid phase 1; servers wore masks and there was table spacing. Our server was the new GM, Trent, he introduced himself to us,and we caught up to date about Kevin, GM, retiring, and our favorite server, Savannah, had left for a teaching job! He picked out our ribeyes, mine was fine, med. rare. This is really Ruby Tuesdays. Here in Dallas GA, good service. Beer prices are reasonable. Good selection although the main reason I come is for the salad bar. A few items are a bit pricey, 20 bucks for pot roast. Then again nothing is cheap anywhere anymore. You can get a nice 6oz sirlion with sides for a reasonable price. My wife likes the burgers.
