Whatever happened to lower options when the service is lackluster? I had to enter to drop below 20% manually. I am a very generous tipper when I receive good service, but I am not afraid to reduce it when bad service is given. Servers need to get a grip on acceptable tipping rates! And yes, I've worked for tips also.“
