Chelsea's is an awesome place. The owners are present serving customers such as nice touch. Great food, great ambiance and awesome service.
Adore this cute place. My fav, so far, is the salad sampler and of course Raspberry tea. Everything there has been delicious and the service is very good.
Beautiful tea room/restaurant. Was unaware that traditional tea requires 24-hour reservation… the owner, Dottie, and staff could not have been more accommodating to our little girl guest. She was enchanted (as we all were) with the beautiful decor, displays of vintage tea cups, the chandeliers and even the table flowers! The food was delicious!
