the food here is fantastic, simple, fresh and gluten free. but you would never know it. she has vegan and Paleo options as well! I drive from Ringgold to Dalton to grab lunch here. the Owner Cassie Avant is just short it amazing ... worth the trip!!!
I tried Real Food Co for the first time today. The person behind the counter was very helpful and gave me samples of chicken salad to try when I wasn’t sure which one to get. The food was absolutely delicious to the very last bite. I had a lunch pack, the snack mix, and a chocolate chip cookie. You could taste the quality of the ingredients. I have not been able to stop talking about how good it was! I will definitely be back for more.
Came in today for the first time but definitely won’t be the last!! They were so helpful with my condition! Was able to grab a compliant lunch according to my dietary restrictions. Let me tell you, delicious doesn’t even cover it! I could have ate all of the blueberry energy balls, but we are pacing ourselves! I will be back! Thank y’all so much!
