Taqueria Regis is a hidden gem located across from the Pilot truck stop in Dalton, GA, with easy access from I-75. It is a fantastic local and family-owned business. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide great service. The food is awesome, delicious, and excellent, with everything made very fresh and made to order. For authentic street tacos and authentic Hispanic cuisine, this is a go-to spot. Specific menu highlights include a great burrito, delicious tacos de carne asada and tacos de pollo, and the amazing Cubana torta or Cubano Torta, which is very filling. They also offer great hot sauce and shaved ice. The ingredients are fresh, the prices are very reasonable, and the restaurant is very clean. It is a wonderful place for a meal, perfect for truck drivers or anyone seeking healthier options, and definitely deserves more business.
