“I went here for lunch the other day and spike with the manager. She was beyond kind. Before I knew she was the manager, I made a comment about how nice and clean the store was, how friendly and kind the employee was, how fantastic the service was and went on to tell them both about a horrible experience I had at the subway across town. The manager quickly introduced herself and completely comped my meal. I was reminded that some people do still care about their customers and the service they offer to the public.
