This is by far the worst chicken salad chick location. Got home after going through the drive thru to realize they left out half of the order. I call the restaurant to see if they can make things right. The girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and never once apologized for the inconvenience. The manager also refused a refund. My family and I will never dine here again. I understand mistakes happen but a sincere apology can go a long way.
Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.
