The Hatsu Hibachi Express in Dawsonville GA is definitely worth a stop for Asian food. Very easy to park, great price point, normal takeout wait when you do not order in advance, and friendly staff. They have a few tables, but it is definitely a takeout location. Their food quality is very good, reasonable prices, well flavored, and fresh. Not overly salty, which I appreciated. Their YumYum sauce is yummy. My personal score a 4.6.

There are a few tables, but it is definitely a takeout location. The food quality is very good, reasonable prices, well flavored, and fresh. Not overly salty. The YumYum sauce is yummy. Service was great and the food come out quick. Everything was tasty. The atmosphere is 4 out of 5 only because attached to a gas station so inside was smaller. Excellent place and better/cheaper than fast food burger joints. Now that they are serving sushi there's no turning back. The Shaking Dog roll was the best sushi in a long time. The California roll was very fresh tasting and the new sauces at the counter are very good. The Sriracha chili sauce was very good. The shrimp lo mein is always good. This place is so delicious. Meat still tender and veggies still have a little crunch. Perfection, especially for the cost. You can't beat this for a quick lunch. Absolutely delicious, large portions, friendly and courteous front staff. Never disappointed.
