Always a vibe, staff is good and food is good quality. Plus the area is safe.
I read the reviews . They were fast and busy. I had a good experiences ! People have to understand this the only locations in Decatur.8/10
I prefer Jersey Mike's subs over most other franchise sub shops. The only thing I didn't like was that this particular store doesn't accept cash. If I wasn't with family I would not have made a purchase. They used their card. I think they miss out on a lot of business with the cashless only.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a moderately priced restaurant with a mixed reputation. Some customers have praised the tasty and filling subs, particularly the Italian sub. However, others have reported issues such as long wait times, limited topping options, and unfriendly staff.
The restaurant is generally clean, and customers have noted that the staff should change their gloves after each customer to prevent cross-contamination, especially for those with allergies. Unfortunately, there have been instances where orders have been mixed up, and the management's response has not always been satisfactory.
Despite these concerns, Jersey Mike's Subs continues to serve its signature subs to a diverse customer base.
