“Here’s what I love about my experience. The girl working behind the counter was slightly overwhelmed with orders and anyone watching and waiting can clearly see she’s the only working. She handled herself very well. Communicated with every customer apologizing for the long wait and she was still smiling through it.

I think that kinda attitude is what satisfies a customer and we’re ok with waiting a while to get what we came for. My orders are always right, juices are always fresh! Add great customer service on top of that and I’m a happy customer.

“Alaina was awesome. She made all the smoothies I saw get made while a few other workers were just talking sipping on their Starbucks in the back. Kinda felt bad she wasn't getting help, that's where the 4 star comes in. That and not having the most basic flavor combo on the menu chocolate, pb, and banana.“

“I highly recommend Playa Bowl Decatur. They have the best bowls; they’re so fresh and delicious❗️😋 Their staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s a quiet but you’re still able to talk environment. The store is clean. The staff wears gloves when fixing your bowl, and the bowls aren’t overly priced. Every single time I’ve been, it was nothing but overall good vibes and positive energy.“
