Young lady working the drive thru on Sunday 01/17/2021 could use additional training in Customer Service and how to speak to customers, we have choices, my choice is not to go there again.
Very rude!
I ask for additional cream and sugar for my coffee, she immediately snapped at me saying she put some in my bag, I'm aware of that, however I ask for additional, she closed the window and I left without the additional cream and sugar I ask for.
