I read only good things about this place in reviews so I decided to try. Customer service was excellent. We were greeted upon arrival. Ordering was fast and easy. You can call in for pick up or delivery. Plates are enough for two people. Everything was hot and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Red and Blue Snappers is a restaurant located off Flat Shoals Pkwy, attached to a BP gas station. Despite this odd location, it is a very clean and spotless establishment with only a few booths, making it mostly a takeout joint. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing A1 customer service and creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
The food is solid, reliable, and outstanding. Everything is freshly made, delicious, and prepared with care. The fried fish and chicken are cooked to perfection, with items like the whiting, perch, catfish nuggets, and whole wings being crispy, fresh, hot, and seasoned well. The fried chicken is incredibly delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Popular orders include the 2 item combo, Gizzards dinner, catfish and shrimp dinner, and the 2-piece perch and 10 shrimp. Sides like the red beans and rice are highly rated, along with fries, hush puppies, and fried mushrooms. An optional lemon pepper style seasoning is available. Portions are nice and jammed packed, with very reasonable prices for the high quality. It is highly recommended as a great spot for some good, fresh fried fish and chicken.
