“Overall a nice spot to grab a quick lunch in Decatur. The sandwiches are pretty small and quality can vary. The Little Havana sandwich I had was flavorful but the meat was dry. My partner enjoyed her VLT but found the pimento cheese side underwhelming. During their busy time it can be loud but the atmosphere and service very good.“

“I went in for lunch last week and I was pleasantly surprised that there are still friendly people in food service. From the moment I walked in I was amazed. I was greeted immediately, by two amazing employees. Kori and Renita, thank you both so much for making me feel welcome and for making my sandwich to perfection! You both deserve a raise. “Great service nice people there very fast service attentive and when you ask for something they gave it to bread was fresh and the meatballs had to be heated up which with their microwave which I thought was weird because I didn't think they might conceive their meatballs but you never know and then he put him into the mariner sauce and mixed it with the marinara sauce which I thought was weird because I thought you'd make fresh marinara sauce but you never know the meat was fresh I guess because it's cold cuts can't really tell but all inn all a good sandwich“

“Chicken Omelette the best in town !! Grilled chicken salad also very good.. I'll highly recommend to stop by.. They have a nice food variety.. Nice relaxing area just outside the cafe. The cafe is inside the corner building at the back of building..“

“Went there for a pickup order and got there and there was no bread and only guy working. He said they ran out and he was left alone but he made all new bread and that it was baking and would be 15 minutes. He was very nice and patient even though he had every reason to crash out with all the people coming in and getting frustrated at him. I decided to wait it out and he was super communicative keeping me in the loop for when the bread would be done. After the wait, he offered us drinks with our sandwiches. I didn’t get his name on a receipt since we had a mobile pickup but even though the wait was inconvenient, I applaud him for still having great customer service in a stressful situation. Would definitely return solely because of that.“

“I didn't ask the young lady's name but I should have because she was so sweet ! She talked to my nephew and helped him place his own order and didn't skimp on the ingredients. I'll be going back just for her . Thank you.“

“Fast friendly service. Can't ask for more from a quick food restaurant. The employees are nice and know their way around to getting your food rapidly. I come back here often.

Parking: Not a lot of parking considering the other companies in the centre but you'll manage.“

“This Subway was great. I still order my old favorite, veggie delight, even though Subway updated their menu some months ago with new offerings. Everything was good, no complaints.

Vegetarian options: I typically get the veggie delight sub but most if not all locations have a veggie based patty for sandwiches. This location certainly did.“
