Apparently, not even the regulars to this restaurant, know about the "Speakeasy" in the back! I almost hate to even mention it here! With the right group of people, this can be outstanding!Up front, the food was lovely and plentiful! The atmosphere is always determined by the people you are with, in my opinion!
Shoutout to the staff thst did shown up to work because they were decidedly in the weeds today with multiple large parties arriving for reservations at once. The hostess was answering ohibes, bussing tables, and dealing with anxious diners all be herself. I'm not sure if there was a manager on duty but they certainly weren't front of house to help this frazzled staff. Me and a colleague visited for lunch on a Thursday. The service and atmosphere was amazing! The food was good but not as good as I was expecting. The sweat potato fries were really good but shrimp tacos were just okay. It was missing something. My colleague did enjoy her grouper and coleslaw. I would recommend this restaurant!
