Doug's BBQ has great ribs and brisket.
As a patron of Vela Food Hall! This place has its own charm in East Lake/Decatur. Vela Food Hall serves as its own oasis as a great selection of great food and an outdoor space patio space to fellowship. The weekly events serve as a nice touch to stop by and enjoy the outdoor courtyard.

The food hall features a variety of restaurants with impressive menus, including Southern Belle Chicken Co with sandwiches and tenders, Flora D’Italia serving wood fire pizzas, La Tropical offering tacos, and Doug’s for North Carolina BBQ, which is highly recommended. The food quality is consistently praised for its freshness and well-seasoned dishes, with favorites like fish tacos from Fuzzy’s and Ropa Vieja from La Tropical earning high marks.
