The wait was over 30min. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else, that was 2 months ago. Haven't really wanted to try it again....update 03/05/24...1st off ordered only one chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, but worked our bc I had a teenager with me that originally didn't want anything and then when they smelled my food they were ravenous, glad they ended up getting me two and not a bad price at about 8$. WENT FROM 5 STARS TO 3!!ZAXBY'S JUST DOESN'T BELIEVE IN GREETING THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY LOOK FOR THE RUDEST PEOPLE THEY CAN FIND AND TASK THEM TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.

Haven't visited in a while but this recent visit I was pleased. Seems Ike there has been a drastic change in staff and service, and food was much better. Food was hot and fresh.
