“My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch date today on our travels to the VA for an appointment. It was our first time visiting Holy Smokes and we were greeted by a respectful young man when we arrived. We’ve eaten a lot of bbq over the years, and it takes some stellar Que to impress me…. This place has the goods! We tried some of the pork, brisket, chicken, and a few of the sides, everything we had was excellent. The brisket speaks for itself, I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but it’s top notch! Definitely will be making this a regular stop on future trips. Excellent customer service!“

I'm just not a steak guy but a cheeseburger is my favorite and I appreciate that your restaurant treats every piece of meat that touches the grill the same. Trust me, I don't normally review anything negative because I don't like to be a Karen but my Douglas review is horrible and I wish they could learn from you. I have been to their restaurant and yours four or five times now and exactly the same every time, you are a 10 out of 10 putting them either a 4 or 5.
