I eat here twice a week. Food here is authentic non of that Asian fusion mix. Truly Vietnamese food. I eat and travel a lot to California and Texas. Owner is very friendly and will accommodate to whatever you need. Oh they also do food trays too

Cau Ut Kitchen is a favorite Vietnamese restaurant, considered a go-to spot for special and authentic dishes that are different compared to other local places. It is highly recommended, not just for the food but for the friendly and respectful people and staff. The restaurant is located right outside of City Farmer's Market in Duluth. The space is nice, cozy, and clean, but not too big, so be prepared to wait on weekends as it can be packed.
The food tastes the most authentic around Georgia, reminiscent of Cali Viet food, and everything on the menu is great. Signature and must-order dishes include Nem nướng, specifically the Nem Nướng Nha Trang, with an addicting sauce. Other standout items are the phenomenal beef pho with a rich, hot bone broth, the excellent bun dau, and the amazing Bun Bo Lo Lat Nha Trang. The Viet coffee with condensed milk is strong, and they also have a boba and dessert drink shop inside. Service is usually quick, though it could be slow sometimes. The rice dishes are tasty too, making it a place customers definitely plan to come back to.
