황소고짚 Hwangso Gozip is a restaurant known for its consistently good food and friendly service. The food in general was delicious and felt cheap compared to the food. The serving man is so kind, coming in between and checking if anything was needed. The food was light and delicious, and the service was very good. It's a place where one was surprised to go without much expectation. The interior replicates the dining experience of late-night dinner bars in Korea, complete with huge screens displaying K-pop music videos. Tuesdays and Thursdays feature specials with 50% off all food except for beef tartare and galbitang, making it perfect for a girls' night. The budaejiggae is also a great choice, especially in cold weather. Everything on the menu is FIRE, they're open late, & staff is attentive! For a pocha, it's not too busy or loud it's more laid back but still offers a more ~trendy~ vibe. The iron plate fried rice is a favorite. The rice cakes are also super good.
