Always been a fan of Pure. Was excited tonight when pork was their braised meat of the day today, meaning they could make the off menu Torta Cubana, a previous menu favorite that was removed when they stopped regularly having pork. I like this place! I had not been to a Pure Taqueria in years. I always liked the concept of a converted gas station building (even if the locations now may not have been actual Pure Gas stations). The service was prompt and friendly. The food is very tasty. Chicken tacos were delicious (with rice and black beans) and according to my friend the margarita was good, with sugar instead of salt on the rim. Just made a takeout order and the woman that answered was so nice & bubbly. Their customer service is always great. I love their shrimp tacos & their french fries with spicy mayo. I have a gluten allergy so I also like that they have corn tortillas and corn empanadas.
