Sumo Hibachi & Wings @ The District is a really great new restaurant offering a great selection of food, including hibachi and many fun wing flavors. The food is excellent, fresh, and served hot, with delicious sauces. Popular items include the mango habañero wings, hot garlic wings, honey hot garlic wings, and lemon pepper wings. The honey hot garlic wings have actual minced garlic for real garlic flavor. The boneless wings are also amazing. For hibachi, favorites are the salmon and chicken hibachi, the chicken and shrimp hibachi, and the House Hibachi, all served with plenty of veggies and a nice teriyaki glaze. Their fried rice is flavorful, savory, and buttery, with lots of veggie and egg in it. The catfish fillet is very crispy, the best ever had, and the tilapia is also great. Other enjoyed items are the chicken tenders, dumplings, fries, chicken gyro combo, and their peach drink.

The service is exceptional, quick, and friendly, with a smile. The owners care about quality and making customers feel welcomed, often taking time to talk and ensure a good experience. The establishment is clean. The restaurant is located off of busy streets in front of a residential apartment complex with free two-hour parking available after registering a car via a QR code. It is highly recommended to skip other places and eat here for a top-notch experience.
