STAY AWAY. this place has sold 3 times and it's only June. They nicklel and dime you to death. The original couple, who was so friendly, are not there. Then they had another owner Kenny. He never said thank you or hello. Now its sold again and there is no one who is nice or cares. What a shame to see such a gold mind go down the drain.
I always enjoy going to Cafe at Pharr because the food is healthy and fresh. The servers usually remember me with a warm smile and when I leave I know will always return for another meal.
