I was in there this morning and had a great experience,one of the employees come up to me and ask how everything was, that alone made my trip there very awesome.i would like to say thank you Khaila Newman for going above and beyond.
As a frequent customer, I absolutely believe that Courtney’s positive attitude and initiative help keep the service running efficiently. The food quality is usually satisfactory, but there are times when limited kitchen staffing can impact both preparation and service. The principle that “the customer is always right” is emphasized, with a reminder that staff should prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.

Hardee's has friendly faces with great service. The biscuits are amazing, warm, and soft. The cashier is very friendly and keeps a smile. The food comes quick and hot. The restaurant is clean, and everyone is in uniform. Hardee's serves the #1 burger. Customers have a great experience and think the customer service is FANTASTIC. However, some think the restaurant needs a good cleaning and could do better with food preparation. Overall, Hardee's provides a pleasant time and customers will return.
