“Update: Taylor, GM of this branch, reached out to me regarding my experience which I was not expecting at all. He was kind enough to make it right which was very appreciated. Zacara was our server yesterday and even though she was only 5 days in to her new job, she had a great spirit and great communication. She was smiles all the time. This was a far better experience that we had and wherever we are in the area, we'll try to stop in for dinner. Thank you again Taylor
Original: The whole experience was just off. We were seated after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come seat us when it was not even busy. Our server started off strong, but became a little lackluster during service. Food took a long time (almost 40 minutes) but I can't blame that on the server. After placing our order for dessert, she immediately came back with the check and asked if we could tip her in cash versus card because she would be taxed on the tip. I found some cash but needed change and she brought back all 20 dollar bills no 5's or 1's. I was planning on leaving 17 because the service wasn't all that great but she was nice. She forgot to get the condiments we asked for but I really had a problem was when we ordered our dessert and she waited 10 minutes to let us know they didn't have it. I got mad about that because why did that take so long to communicate with us and I already had paid for the check by then because she brought it out after we ordered dessert even though we hadnt received it yet (insinuating for us to pay now) . We had to get something I definitely did not want. When I attempted to get change for one of the 20's at the bar, the bartender said she didn't have change even though there is a register right there that most likely had change in it. I have never been to a restaurant or bar where the till is completely empty with no money. So I had to leave a $20 tip for mediocre service.

... the specialty cold coffee at the drink area is heavily iced, which leaves very little coffee. I took 3 drinks, and it ws gone. 😐 ijs...

“First, let me express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere and the prompt service I received upon entering the establishment. The food, I ordered a chicken and shrimp spinach wrap. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the wrap was soft and delicious. The combination of flavors was delightful, with a saucy and cheesy inside. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily order it again.
Additionally, I also tried the mushroom cheese steak, which was equally satisfying
