“This is my honest opinion of the Taco Bell located in Eastman Georgia on 6-20-2025, your opinion and view may differ from mine.
They were not that busy during my visit. My order was taken fairly guickly. My order was delivered as I ordered it, with no mistakes. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
The inside seating area was clean, and the lady manager was very polite and friendly. The restroom was presentable, and the parking lot was clean.
This Taco Bell is usually up to par and definitely will satisfy your cravings.“

“Love the new food plate meals they offer. Has new management, they are all very friendly and the manager even comes out to visit with customers to see if food is good or if there is a problem with anyone's meal. Very clean place while you eat. Love it.“

“Lately Jack's has not been as expected. The local one is starting to get your
order wrong, cashiers arguing with customers about their order. And the guy, guess he's a manager, stands over their shoulder, making people nervous and barking orders. He acted like it was my fault & cashier's that she got it wrong and he told the guy in the back to "just give her a salad!" At this point, I didn't want anything. He need to go sit down and stop making those girls nervous. He has no friendly attitude toward workers or customers.“
