“Felicity is quite possibly the kindest service industry worker in Elbert County.. Very polite, courteous, professional.. She should be recognized for this, because it's not the first time she has served us.. My only complaint is not with her but the people who put our order together.. By the time we got home and realized it was 90% wrong, the 15 minute drive back to town and 15 minutes back home just wasn't worth the trouble.. Taco Bell is usually on point with everything, but today the food just wasn't up to par.. The service again, exceptional, thank you Felicity!! 👏“

“What's not to love about KFC! I mean, really. It's finger licking good for a reason! I dropped by the Elberton location and grabbed dinner while visiting my parents for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was no crowd at the time so I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the order. In and out just like that. It was a great experience ask the way around. I'll certainly go back. I highly recommend it!“

“Drive thru service tonight was really good. They were moderately busy and in my opinion handled everything efficiently. When I got in line I believe 4 cars ahead of me but my wait to place order was not very long. Then after ordering my wait on food was impressively short for 4 people, all wanting different items of course with a few special instructions. Then I was impressed further and was an awesome surprise...Everything ordered I received, it was all correct, everything was hot and good!
Only complaint I have about my experience tonight is towards myself because I forgot to order one of those frozen drink lemonade drinks I wanted to try but got distracted by the milkshakes 😁“

“I just came through the drive through for sausage biscuits and I gotta send a shout out to the cook. The biscuits nearly melted in my mouth.. perfectly prepared, and the sausage was perfectly cooked.
