“Felicity is quite possibly the kindest service industry worker in Elbert County.. Very polite, courteous, professional.. She should be recognized for this, because it's not the first time she has served us.. My only complaint is not with her but the people who put our order together.. By the time we got home and realized it was 90% wrong, the 15 minute drive back to town and 15 minutes back home just wasn't worth the trouble.. Taco Bell is usually on point with everything, but today the food just wasn't up to par.. The service again, exceptional, thank you Felicity!! 👏“

“My hamburger was cold, my french fries were cold, we ordered Frosty’s we received no spoons, we got no straws, and the woman at the front was very rude. She made us wait at the window for 10 minutes for that cold food she said” we’re cooking your food”“

And served us at noon with fresh hot lunch , and a pipping hot cup of coffee considering she didn't have to with what time it was , she's doing most part of it single handed and she is doing a great job , Definitely need her , cause she's what the business is running on ?? way to go ma'am“

“What's not to love about KFC! I mean, really. It's finger licking good for a reason! I dropped by the Elberton location and grabbed dinner while visiting my parents for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was no crowd at the time so I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the order. In and out just like that. It was a great experience ask the way around. I'll certainly go back. I highly recommend it!“

“Drive thru service tonight was really good. They were moderately busy and in my opinion handled everything efficiently. When I got in line I believe 4 cars ahead of me but my wait to place order was not very long. Then after ordering my wait on food was impressively short for 4 people, all wanting different items of course with a few special instructions. Then I was impressed further and was an awesome surprise...Everything ordered I received, it was all correct, everything was hot and good!
Only complaint I have about my experience tonight is towards myself because I forgot to order one of those frozen drink lemonade drinks I wanted to try but got distracted by the milkshakes 😁“

“It's been years since I've eaten Capt D's and apparently a lot has changed, literally everything was different and sub-par, the shrimp were tiny, the fish was cut in planks, the coleslaw tasted moldy, the hush puppies were doughy, the stuffed crab was very bland and no visible actual meat at all. Captain D's is not what it used to be.... very disappointed. The service was great and employees very friendly,“

“I just came through the drive through for sausage biscuits and I gotta send a shout out to the cook. The biscuits nearly melted in my mouth.. perfectly prepared, and the sausage was perfectly cooked.

“I was in the second drive waiting to order one car was in front of me and pulled off quickly. Nobody was in the other drive.....again nobody about the time I'm fixing to place my order someone drives up in the other drive. They come in the speaker and say we will be right with you. I was like okay it's just one car then another drives up and another drives up after they took 5 orders I finally said hello. They again said we will be with you in a minute. So 2 more people were waited before I pulled off. Was I mad he!! Yes I was mad....I mean really. At least 6 people were waited on before me and I was there before them. So I went inside I guess they saw me leave the line because they all were watching me. They were nice but, the lady that waited on me kept rolling her eyes at me. So all of this to let you know don't ever go in the second drive....you will wait until no one comes in the first line before you are waited on ...😡😡“
