“The employees have a great customer service and greeted me a soon as I walked in the door the employee AJ help me throughout my transaction I didn’t really know what I wanted and he helped me decide on the best thing on the menu after eating it it is the best thing I’ve eaten in a few. “This Subway has been out of various foods for seemingly years...steadily in decline. Past 2 weeks was told new owner and the register is not accepting coupons. Then why does subway send them to us. There must be a way to discount manually. No one seems to care. I was told at beginning of line they were now accepting them just to find out at they weren't at end of line. Was told Didn't have any artificial sweetener packets for unsweetened tea & never had. I know that's not true. Been going there ever since it's been there. Was told things change. Yes seemingly for the worse here. Employees overall courteous. Usually sign on door with long list of what they don't have.Sub was not good. Bought 4 in 2 days. No coupons. Just want to make whoever cares about this subway and Honea Path. Ty.“

“Amber on the front counter is great. She is really friendly and nice. We got our food really fast, and it was good and hot. This location is the best Hardees. It is always clean, the employees are really friendly, and the food is always right and hot and fresh, we dont wait long here.“

“This location stands out from any other I've been to. Especially when Miss Donna (crew trainer) is present. They treat us like family, and we always look forward to our visits. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. Really can't say enough good things about this particular Wendy's. If you're in the area, they're a good bet for a good meal!!“

“So I just came through the drive thru, as soon as I pulled up the cashier greeted me with “what can I get started for you friend?” I don’t know about anybody else but being called “friend” at a fast food restaurant makes me feel welcomed. He was so kind from when I pulled up until he handed me my food. I didn’t get his name but he is a black guy. That is what I called GREAT customer service. I noticed he had on a manager shirt, Hardee’s made the right person a manager. I let him know that he has great customer service and great personality.“
