“You guy's killed it this morning!!!! Came through and grabbed a breakfast burrito around 11:30 and had to wait like 10 minutes, but that's REALLY good, when you consider I ordered a huge breakfast burrito right in the middle of lunchtime. Quality wise the burrito was perfect, tots were awesome, and it wasn't completely full of jalapenos, just a little throughout which is nice.. All around a perfect experience for a Sonic breakfast. Thank you guys!

“The customer service is the best by far. We were on our to George Aquarium and we stopped by to get some burgers. They were so calm and receptive. The food was good and the atmosphere was super nice. Such a pleasant place to stop and grab something quick. The manager was super nice too. A+++“

“We noticed a good promotion at Arby's and decided to try a lamb gyro. We were a little surprised at how much we enjoyed them. Despite being high in sodium, they have a fresh taste with the veggies and offer an option than burgers and cold cuts in the world of fast food. They guy at the window was really nice and got our order quickly even though he looked like he was handling things solo.“

“I buy the FRISCO BREAKFAST meal frequently, but here lately the sourdough bread is not GRILLED like a grilled cheese. It is PLAIN RAW BREAD HORRIBLE. Of course you never find that out until you have left the window. I would strongly suggest you TRAIN the cook on how to make the products you sell. :(“

“If all the fast food places I've decided I can justify eating at, I've been very happy with this Arby's and the one in Hartwell. They are usually clean and have good customer service. This is a relatively new Arby's. The food has been good overall. The fries especially. Seating is cozy and you can still have a private conversation. The soda fountain is still stocked with choices. Maybe pay a little more attention to keeping the tables cleaned between sittings and ask the young man (Kaeden) at the register to smile and greet customers with a cheerful demeanor.“

“My first time ever ordering from pizza hut in Toccoa Ga I have to say it was the best pizza Hut experience Ever! The time frame was less then 30 minutes from placing order on line to Delivery time, The pizza was absolutely fantastic, the Cinnabon was super good!! The pizza was exactly as ordered. “I did a drive thru order. I know I can be hard to understand. The young lady asked me for confirmation on my order and I said yes. I didn’t know it what specifically I had agreed to until I got to the second window and the Second Lady read off my order. That was my fault, I was in a hurry and didn’t fully process what I was ordering at speaker. Both ladies were over the top apologetic and had wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely stop back by. Came around lunch on 8/31.“

“Good food, good service. I'm a bit confused over price differences. I got an order of egg rolls. At this location it was $4.89 before taxes. Eleven miles down the road in Lavonia am order of egg rolls is $3.99. Makes me wonder why everything on their menu board is so much more than the other locations I frequent.“

“I had a nice experience at this restaurant. I go semi-often and their usually pleasant. Tonight I went for a combo and Christina at the window let me know that if I wanted to I had the option to get a bottle of water rather than the water I ordered with the combo. This was nice because I don't normally like the dispensed water. It was a pleasant interaction for a simple drive thru order.“

“I normally don't mind Wendy's but this morning I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit and was given a biscuit with a tad bit of gravy and maybe 4 or 5 sausage pieces. very disappointed. this was my 2nd time going for breakfast here.“

They were quick, listened to my complex order, and actually got it right- which is harder than it sounds. And the GM is only 20 years old!!! But she does a damn good job.
