“I just want to say…I took my 3 kids through the drive through yesterday afternoon and I have never been more pleasantly surprised with a restaurant’s good service. Hannah took our order with a welcoming attitude and like modifying every food item wasn’t a problem in the slightest. I let my kids (10 and 13) order their own food and she was so pleasant and real with them. You could easily hear her, and she was so very easygoing and friendly. She’s special. I had to brag on her—I mean her customer service skills were on fire! If every business had a Hannah at the counter, they’d never fail. “We have always liked Moe's. Some may think us strange, but even better than Chipotle. However not crazy about the shedded cheese they have switched to and so don't really frequent here so much. Wish they would switch back to the cheese they had been serving.
Also, don't recommend ordering the chicken ranch quesadilla online for drive thru or pick up. It's messy and soggy because the tomatoes aren't drained well and there isn't an option to request the chipotle ranch on the side.
