It is a shame that the people who attend are not friendly at all and do not attend as they should. We came at 9 and they don’t want to attend us because they was already close 😏 the food is so god but not the attendance
Placed a mobile order. Door was locked so I called to see if I could get my order and not wait in the line that was to the street. I was told I needed to wait. Food would be cold by then, so what's the point the of a mobile order? She offered to let me speak with a manager, I waited for 7/8 minutes on the phone no manager ever picked up. I was then given attitude by some little girl at the window to stand at the door that I had asked to pick my food up from. Poor customer service...read full review
Just had the new chicken sandwich. Large piece of super tender breast! No wait hardly at all. Delicious meal,been a while,but we will go back!!! Thanks Zaxby’s!
