“I will start in reverse. The food, cocktails and appetizers were delicious. The waiter and bar staff " Top Shelf". The cleanliness and restaurant theme decor, on point. Now, this is where I have a problem. Ive eaten at restaurants all over the world, I have adhered to many dress codes. A 600.00 Cowboy hat is part of a look that is acceptable in many fine dining restaurants all over the Country. To embarrass someone and tell someone to remove a hat, due to a poorly posted " No hat Policy " is ridiculous. Its not like a ratty, sweat band crusted Masters Baseball cap or similar. This is why I'll take our 300.00 + dollar dining elsewhere, not for lack of food but character.“

“The pizza was delicious. We had an issue with the order, but the manager, Chad Aiken, was exceptional. Chad was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. He took the time to carefully listen to our complaint and went above & beyond to remedy the situation. Truly top-notch customer service.“

“I’ve been to many steakhouses , and five Star restaurants with dress codes and all the works. But this restaurant, especially the establishment on Washington rd in Evans, has something special and impeccable about it that sets it apart from any other restaurant I’ve patronized. The customer service is always incredible. ALWAYS. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience at this restaurant . I should have left this review sooner, but after a couple dozen visits with nearly as many servers and wait staff, I’ve never had one single bad experience. There’s something to be said about this establishment from a top-down-level, that they hire great workers and have an elite training regimen for their wait staff, that is far better than even more fancy restaurants , I cannot give Tbonz in Evans enough praise —not because of one good dining experience, but because of many over several years… go eat here!“

“We enjoyed our meal at Chilis in Evans on February 12th, 2022, the food is always good. Moreso I want to thank the busser working on 2.12.22. I left a valuable item on the table that was under my napkin. The guy busing tables found it and turned it in to the bartender knowing that I would most likely be back for it. I'm so appreciative for our bus boy this evening. It's relieving to know that there are still honest people in the world! Thank you“

“I had a great time. Came in at the take end of the evening but they happily served me. The Johnny cakes were great as was the pork chop. I ordered it without looking and didn't notice it had shrimp in the sauce until it came and I'm allergic. 100% on me for not saying anything. Insisted they keep it in the bill and they refused. My server Michael Webster was great and knew the menu extremely well.“

“I went there today with my wife and we had a good time. We we're sitting at a table but we gave our table to a family who had like 8 ppl so we ended up sitting in the booth. The waitress we had was wonderful. And the timee that we been there it was packed but everything went well the food was good the drinks and appetizers was wonderful I give roadrunners a100/100 and would go back again.“
