I will start in reverse. The food, cocktails and appetizers were delicious. The waiter and bar staff " Top Shelf". The cleanliness and restaurant theme decor, on point. Now, this is where I have a problem. Ive eaten at restaurants all over the world, I have adhered to many dress codes. A 600.00 Cowboy hat is part of a look that is acceptable in many fine dining restaurants all over the Country. This was our first visit to Cork and Flame for our 24th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The service was beyond amazing and the food was phenomenal. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our special night that much more special! If you haven’t experienced Cork and Flame, you are missing something special!
Food was wonderful, but we were disappointed to see the tables around us be given a bit more attention to detail. We watched them receive hot towels to wash hands, sorbet palette cleansers, and tables being cleaned between courses. Must have been nice! Before our departure, we were given cotton candy in a shot glass. Not sure if this is the normal presentation, but it felt underwhelming. Shaq, one of the servers, has been highlighted as the best, balancing professionalism with attentiveness. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night, including the bar area, and the bread and spread have been noted as amazing.
