I just left this establishment this evening accompanied by twenty four friends and family. Everyone had gotten their meals, had finished eating and some had even started departing for home before my meal was even delivered to my place setting. Obviously, poor management. Otherwise, an experienced quality Host/Manager would have personally delivered my meal with regrets.
This was our first time at Mi Rancho. We were greeted pleasantly as we came in and were seated right away. Luis was our server. He was very pleasant and helpful. He regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed.
The taco salads were very good!
The margaritas were awesome - Texas, Peach, and Mango!!!
We do plan to come back!
Disappointed in the change to the policy that does not allow customers ask for specific servers. We typically come in following sports with a very large group and Victor and Armando can handle the large groups. They know us very well and they are able to get orders and food out before the kids go too crazy.
