on sept 3rd on the way out of town, i ordered a wings & things with traditional wings wimpy -asked for wings extra done & no seasoning on fries. I received boneless wings instead which i dont like there. my fries had extra seasoning on them and no chicken fingers or zax sauce was in the box. we waited in spot #1 for our order for our order for 20 minutes only to receive the wrong order. Based on the reviews, the food at Zaxbys is pretty good and tastes amazing, with zax sauce being a highlight. However, the quality of zaxbys wings is absolutely terrible of late, as the meat is tough and barely any meat to them. The service is fast, friendly, and people oriented; employees are very helpful and patient. The only downside is that the doordash sucks. When spending $60+ on fast food, it would be nice if all of the order was included, as drinks were not included with one order. This location is the best, with accurate orders and fast service.
