I typically order Big Zax Snak at least once a day when I'm in town.Little more expensive than other fast food alternatives, but I enjoy the interior and ambience. This Zaxbys is so inconsistent. One day the food is good and the next its not even editable. I'm throwing away most of my food tonight which was not cheap. It literally taste 2 days old and heated in a microwave. Gonna have to give up going here after this.

I grew up in Riverwood, which is the neighborhood right next to Zaxbys. It was always to go to spot and was so good. It has gone so down hill! The service is very slow and very inconsistent. 90% of the time, they have forgotten a portion of my order. I have to park and go back in. When I go, the workers seem very annoyed!
