New American Restaurants near Fairburn, GA

“We ordered 40 honey hot wings which are usually delicious. Today they'd been overcooked. My husband called to make the staff aware. Unknowingly, it was near closing time. My husband arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. However, the gentleman ended up calling my husband so he'd know that he was still there and had remade the order. He wanted to ensure the wings were made correctly so the gentleman had him taste one. We have a house full of people whom the wings were for and are grateful for their customer service and kindness especially since it was their closing time.“

“I absolutely love this restaurant! Anytime I am in Atlanta and jave enough time, I stop and get their Shrimp & Grits. Winsome is a great Hostess and JaNelle was so sweet.“

“My husband and I was looking for some place new to go for dinner and i found this place on the internet. We had never heard of it and it was close to our home so we decided to check it out. The set up is nice. I believe there are 3 or 4 dinning rooms. The staff was really nice and very attentive. We didnt make any reservations which they do prefer but they sat us still without a wait. The drinks were really good and they did not hold out on the amount of alcohol. Now the dinner. OMG Dinner was off the chain. I tip my hat off to the chef. I had the Honey Glaze Salmon and my husband is vegan so he had The Smoked spinach Asparagus Mashed potatoes and Brocolini. When I tell you this had to be the best food with so much flavor. We were more then pleased. The only complaint we have is the music got really loud. If couldnt hear each other even if you are sitting right next o each other. But other then that I will definitely return and I must say I am adding this to my list of best restaurants in Atlanta.“

“I visit PTC yearly after moving from 5 years of residency. I make it a priority to eat at Palmer's at least once while here. The pork belly appetizer with a side of collards makes a AAA experience.“

“We arrived not long before closing, so we didn’t order a lot of food, but the server’s recommendation of fish tacos was excellent. They’re also dog-friendly and brought out a water bowl. We ordered our dog a Puppyburger (which they assured us wasn’t made of puppies). Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in Cedar Key.“

“If you love watching airplanes ✈️ and getting away from the chaos of the rest of the airport, then you would love going to Gordon Bierch on your layover in this very busy airport! It's my go-to every time! I love the food and view from the window of watching the planes move and land right in front of you. It's a little pricey, $20-$30/person, but to me, it's well worth the experience! :)“

“We had an amazing meal and experience! The food was absolutely delicious! We had a variety of menu items but the Southern roots burger was my favorite! “Seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. What a hidden gem. I’ve been on layovers here as a flight attendant, and I just love this place. But one of the best parts about Dining here are the employees. You are always greeted by a friendly hostess. One in particular is named Thuha - A friendly person from Vietnam. She’s been there for 20 years and she always make sure that people are taken care of. Her smile is award-winning!! I also had an issue tonight with a wrong order. Without hesitation, Thuha Took care of the issue. Also, I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Jaden. He was so friendly, understanding, and took care of my order and corrected it!“

“I’ve found my new favorite restaurant 😍 My shrimp combo was piping hot fresh and seasoned with perfection. My co workers grilled chicken salad was bussin! The portions are healthy and the price is so reasonable. The cheesesteak egg rolls were the cherry on top. Will be back often“

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile that set the tone for my first visit. I ordered the 2-piece whiting and fries, and let me tell you from the very first sound of those fresh fries being tossed in the stainless steel bowl by the cook, Louis, I knew my meal was about to HIT! 🔥

The fish came out piping hot, golden brown, and crispy perfection. The batter was light yet flavorful, seasoned just right, and paired beautifully with their homemade tartar sauce the kind you know someone took the time to make with love.

And that strawberry lemonade? Pure nostalgia in a cup! Fresh, sweet, and tangy brought back childhood memories.

To top it all off, the food was so sgood it didn’t even make it out of the parking lot! If you’re anywhere near Fayetteville and craving a nice, freshly-cooked fish that feeds the soul Jen’s Fish Fry is the spot“

“The fact that this place has a 3.4 rating is honestly wild to me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board is because it’s not really a sit-down, dine-in type of spot, so I gave atmosphere a 3. But when it comes to the food and service, it’s been 5 stars every time.

I’ve been living in Atlanta for about 8 months now, and I’ve tried wings, burgers, and plenty of other spots around the city. One thing I can say about this place — my food comes out looking like it was made for a photo every single time. No exaggeration.

Consistent quality, solid portions, and great service. In my opinion, they deserve way more credit than they’re getting.“
