“Friendly staff, great food. Neighborhood kind of place. Someone posted a complaint that the place was too loud, with music and TV sports happening simultaneously, which was a little startling to read. I order take out from there occasionally, but its a bar, for Christ's sake! People drinking, eating and unwinding after a hard day. If that displeases you, go to McDonald's. Some folks have nothing nice to say, but unfortunately, they say it anyway.“

“Dining at Atlas in Atlanta was, without a doubt, the most extraordinary culinary experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several Michelin-starred restaurants, but nothing has compared to this. What made this evening so unforgettable wasn’t just the masterfully crafted dishes (which were phenomenal), but the people who brought the experience to life. Chef Money and his incredible team, including Maxwell, Julian, and many others, showed a level of hospitality and genuine kindness that I have never encountered in fine dining. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. And the food. Every single bite was absolutely unforgettable. Each dish was a perfect blend of artistry, flavor, and emotion. You could feel the heart behind every plate. “We were visiting Atlanta from Wilmington NC. My husband and I went to dinner on 9/6 and were incredibly blessed to meet Eric. He realized that our server, Lala, was busy and that we were waiting a couple of minutes at our table. Literally only a few minutes and we were in no rush at all. He immediately asked us what we would like to drink, was extremely personable, hospitable and friendly. Turns out we had LOTS in common!! Lala was amazing and super sweet and both Eric and Lala continued to serve us throughout the evening. Everything was amazing. The service, cocktails, wine and food were both exceptional!! Everything was so amazing that we ended up coming back the next evening and we were lucky enough to have Lala again for our server. Eric was about to leave for the evening when he saw that we had returned with our daughters and granddaughter. He stopped at our table and we chatted for several minutes while getting to know our children. It was another amazing encounter! The evening got EVEN BETTER when we met Curtis! Eric had asked Curtis to take good care of our family. He came over to our table and after speaking for under a minute, we found out that we had SO MUCH in common with Curtis as well!!!! He was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He even told our daughter, that we are moving into school in Atlanta, to give him a call if she needs anything at all. Food, body guard, gas money, anything, lol! We also had the pleasure of meeting the amazing bartender, Gerald. He came over to our table and introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes. Could not have been a better experience or evening thanks to everyone at Seasons 52!!! The food and drinks were exceptional last night as well!!!“

“We went for brunch, and the buffet was very varied and delicious, and the atmosphere very nice.

However, they still have a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service. Starting with the hostess, who made us feel as though we were bothering her and that seating us was a favor. Even though there were plenty of available tables, half of the sunroom was empty, and several tables had just been cleared, she was extremely reluctant to give us a table there.

The reservation clearly states that the brunch seating is for two hours, yet after only one hour, the check was brought to us without our asking for it.

Unfortunately, you are left with the impression that this is a high-volume operation focused on turning tables over quickly, rather than a place where the customer comes first.“

“July 05, 2025 Greetings, This evening, I had the opportunity to celebrate my 40th birthday, and to mark the occasion, my partner and I chose to dine at a fine dining establishment in downtown Atlanta. Regrettably, after we visited your downtown Atlanta location, it became clear that my hope for an outstanding dining experience was unlikely to be met. Upon our arrival, we had to wait despite having made a reservation several hours earlier. Eventually, we were seated at a table no larger than a nightstand. I immediately observed that, unlike the other tables, the candle on ours was unlit. This should have served as an indication of the service to follow. Once seated, we were presented with the menu and asked for two sweet teas. Soon after, we placed our orders. After waiting twenty minutes, we realized that our drinks had been forgotten. We subsequently reminded our waitress that we had ordered two sweet iced teas. After an additional ten minutes, our drinks arrived. Fifteen minutes later, our food finally arrived. Upon its arrival, I noticed a sticky substance around the $75 steak I had ordered. After considerable effort to cut into it, I tasted the meat and found it to be overcooked—its flavor reminiscent of a meal unintentionally left on the grill by an intoxicated cook. It was unsatisfactory, and I requested a remake. At this point, we had spent over an hour at your restaurant, and the staff began cleaning up. Finally, around 12:05 a.m., the re-cooked steak was brought out. Although it was an improvement over the first, it still did not merit the price of $75. Given that my potatoes were cold and the minimal ice in my refilled iced tea had melted, I opted to forgo the steak altogether. My partner, who is more willing to accept mediocre service, encouraged me to take the steak back to the hotel, which led us to request a to-go box. Ten minutes later, we received a small cardboard box, barely big enough for my food. Further, we were not offered anything to carry the sauce in, utensils, or even a bag. Shortly after, we received our bill, which totaled approximately $195.00, excluding gratuity. At that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotion and informed my partner that I needed a few minutes outside to collect my thoughts. I found it challenging to rationalize $200 for a meal arguably valued at $20 and customer service worth $10. Despite my objections, my partner insisted on refraining from discussing this matter with a manager. He wanted to avoid any conflict on my birthday. While I appreciate his noble intentions, I possess a strong aversion to inequality in any form. The treatment we received in an establishment that professes luxury and exemplary customer service was inadequate and perhaps a sign of your treatment towards Minority LGBT customers. We deserved a better experience. Although my birthday weekend was great, this experience was horrible. I am genuinely disappointed with my visit to your Atlanta location. “We stopped by here during a progressive dinner. We had the pepperoni fry bread and the fried peppers. We wish they would have given us more of the pepperoni butter. It was very good but all gone halfway through the bread. The fried peppers were really good. The service was 5 stars and the atmosphere out on the back seating area was very nice. Would go here again!“

“Really great service (save one bad experience when they had electrical problems) and yummy food that’s a twist on Florida/Alabama bbq. I love the use of fresh herbs on most of the plates and pickled things, and most everything I’ve tried is full of umami. This is not a place to go obviously if you want a light meal - full fat, full cream - southern comfort food. I do wish they had a few lighter healthier options on the menu for times when you’re with a group but don’t feel like eating something heavy. Biggest complaint would be that there’s too much salt on everything. Overall this is really great restaurant with awesome atmosphere and great wait staff.“

Great location. Best restaurant experience I had in years . It’s so nice. Very upscale, classy , urban vibe . We got there early before reservation like 15/20 mins was able to be seated immediately. Waitress got drink orders and menu orders fast . Food came out quickly 15/20 mins . It was delicious and warm. All the food was delicious. Will go again and recommend it . Great restaurant, probably one of best in Atlanta. Prices were affordable $40/60/100 depending on number of people in group and good portions for food , so you can order a few things and split: try a few things on menu . It’s worth money and experience. Me and friend had lamb burger , fries . Other Friend got waffle and chicken .“
