I didn't like that the chef put his hat down for a tip, which each of my party members paid 5 to 10 dollars each, and we paid the 15% gratuity, which was automatically added to our bill. I think the 15% should not be automatic if we are tipping the chef. We had a waiter and wanted to leave him a tip until we saw the 15% added to our bill.“

“Really enjoyed my first visit to MOMONOKI in Peachtree City for sushi and other Japanese delicacies. Great top-grade Sashimi, Sake, Chicken Karaage, Fried Oysters, Hamachi Kama, and Housemade Cheesecake. Needless to say, I had a good sized takeout bag when I left and was completely satiated.
Chef Alvin and his entire staff were friendly and attentive, and virtually all of the other patrons were "regulars" that clearly love the place!

“Placed an order for shrimp and broccoli with hunan sauce to go. Returned home to find out they put white sauce on my food and not the hunan. I called the restaurant to inform them. The guy told me "it's your FAULT!" Terrible customer service. The gentleman wasn't interested in helping at all! I will NEVER be going back.“

“The beef bulgogi here is hands-down one of the best I’ve had. The meat was super tender and full of flavor, perfectly marinated with just the right balance of sweet and savory. You could really taste the garlic, soy, and sesame in every bite. It had a great grilled char that gave it an extra depth of flavor without being overcooked.

Served with rice and kimchi, the whole dish was incredibly satisfying. Portion size was generous too. If you’re a fan of Korean BBQ or just want to try something amazing, do yourself a favor and order the bulgogi. You won’t regret it.“

“I’ve been coming here for years & I love this place. Sushi is always fresh and their prices are so good— trying to get sushi in central Atlanta is such a ripoff. I try to come here when I’m in town to get my fix lol. Don’t listen to bad reviews, this place has put out great food for years!!! Their spicy tuna roll is still the best I’ve ever had.“

Got the daily deal of 3 regular rolls (philly, eel-avo, spicy-tuna) for 14.99, and added a seaweed salad. $23 after tax well spent it was perfect for me and mom to share. Really wanted to give a full 5star but the wakame was a little too salty, spicy tuna had no spicy sauce(added sriracha at home), but all the rolls were more than decent. The guy at the register was nice so I asked about tip. There wasn't even a tip option like real japan lol! Not many good sushi options in the area, but this IS one.👍“
