“Christy catered our wedding reception and words cannot describe how satisfied we are! We told her the style of our wedding and she created a menu based on the price range we wanted and everybody loved it. The desserts were delicious as well and she did a great job with our cake too.“

“J Christopher has been our favorite breakfast spot since the Duluth days, well before expanding. Thankfully, it’s still our favorite after yesterday’s food, service, and price experience. We had a Billy goat omelette with spinach, goat cheese, and turkey sausage- mane, so good! We also had a traditional breakfast- pancakes, grits, bacon and eggs. Our server (Amy) was on point, attentive and most importantly, a nice person. When servers like each other, service is excellent and the vibe is right. Amy and a colleague were working multiple tables but still having fun on the job- an Owners’s Dream! With that, we highly recommend JC above 2. Snooze, 3. Flying Biscuit, 4. First Watch 5. Oui, and 6. Cracker Barrel. The JC Flowery Branch location is almost never crowded and your food is out after a short wait.“

“We have been traveling for the past few months from NC to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center to see family. We found this little jewel early on and always stop now. Hannah is an ah-mazing waitress and even though we don’t come often, remembers us and our drinks. Great food and true hometown feeling. Wish we lived closer!“

“We loved it here so much we came back twice in a 3 day period. So many great menu options. The view on the lake is beautiful. Delicious food. Easily enjoy amazing weather with the deck/patio style seating. Really great all around.

Only complaint is we had a hard time getting drink refills. And it took a long time to be able to put an order in for our food. Waitresses just seemed to disappear for bits at a time but were good when they were around.

Definitely highly recommend the deep fried green tomatoes!!! They were a family favorite for sure. Honestly all of the food we got everyone loved. It seems you can’t go wrong here.“

“We wound up at FishTales today because the parking lot at PigTales was too small to accommodate my Brother-in-laws' RV. No big deal, they are not too far apart. Our taste buds were set on the Fishtales basket (Fried Grouper and fries) and once again, it was delicious. The portion is large enough that my wife and I split it.Our server today was Hannah and she couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. When I placed our order, I asked for extra tarter (dill) sauce and when we got our food, we had two extra sauces. I usually have to ask a 2nd time. Great attention to detail. “Went for the first time today. I had the fried shrimp and my son had the queso chicken. Both were excellent. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. We will definitely be back!“

“First time here, Food was good, all of the meat options were amazing, could’ve seasoned the potatoes a little more and the eggs but other than that , great price for how much food I got, great service and nice employees, and really comfortable atmosphere!“

“We know Waffle House food is generic BUT Phyllis puts “her foot” in the dishes she makes. You can tell that she cares about the food she creates and how her creations are presented. And Stormy (hostess) so intentionally courteous and attentive simply because that is who she is. The infectious care is also apparent in Dominique as I see her interacting with her customers. These ladies are the essence of what customer service is about and you are all appreciated.
