“This place is a true gem especially if you like wings. When I went out didn't take me long at all to get my food. The wings were so crunchy and delicious, couldn't get enough of it. Mac and cheese was delicious as well.... Wish the Mac and cheese portion was a little bigger that's my only tiny complaint also wish it was open more often. Other than that I'd spend a good deal of my little money here.“

“The experience was more than I expected. My daughter whose in the Navy and stationed oversees came to visit but was leaving on Saturday so I wanted to spend a Friday night with her before she left. Well I was very pleased with the food and the atmosphere. Initially when we arrived I was ready to go to another spot due to it was dead but little did I know we were early. Our waitress I can’t remember her name was the bomb, I give this spot an 11 out of 10.“

“I love this little "mom & pop" type of spot where the food is delicious & made fresh, not a typical fast food place.Yes, the location I went to was located inside a very small gas station but the lady was very nice & the food was hot.I've only eaten there a handful of times, but the food is always very delicious & very filling.Even their dipping sauces are ?‍????I will keep eating at their locations in the future.Definitely recommend“

“In the Atlanta airport so the prices are higher. I had the Chef Cat burger & sweet potato fries. Very good. Waitress was also friendly. Recommend if you’re in ATL airport concourse A.“

“Dissapointed in Big Kahuna dog. No creole mustard, no pickled onions, the "housemade slaw" was shredded cabbage, the cherry pepper relish was pickle relish out of a jar. When I mentioned it to the girl at the counter after I received it , she said we are out of most of the ingredients on the menu and they stopped putting creole mustard on it because people said it was too spicy. Lol. Total lack of communication between the kitchen and the counter staff. We all have to 86/sub items, But you should tell the customer what he's getting so his expectations are not dashed. I know it's just a hot dog and I ate it because I was hungry and the actual hot dog was good, but they didn't get anything close to what it should have been.“

“Always a pleasure coming to Boxcar between the food, atmosphere, and staff it makes for a pleasant experience.

I had the braised beef short ribs that came with mashed potatoes and collard greens. The meat was super fork pull apart tender, mashed potatoes well seasoned, and collard greens like somebody’s Grandma was making them in the kitchen.

My wife and I also had the collard greens cheese dip and the Kung Pao Brussel sprout for an appetizer. Both appetizers were delicious and more than enough for 2-3 people.

“I realized my passport expired 48 hours before an international flight. I was able to book an appointment in the Atlanta Passport Agency for the next day in the morning at 9:30am. By 11am, I had my passport in hand. The people were all extremely friendly, EVERYONE, from the security to the tellers. This made an extremely stressful experience much better. This literally is the best run government agency I have ever dealt with. THANK YOU!!!“

“My husband and I was looking for some place new to go for dinner and i found this place on the internet. We had never heard of it and it was close to our home so we decided to check it out. The set up is nice. I believe there are 3 or 4 dinning rooms. The staff was really nice and very attentive. We didnt make any reservations which they do prefer but they sat us still without a wait. The drinks were really good and they did not hold out on the amount of alcohol. Now the dinner. OMG Dinner was off the chain. I tip my hat off to the chef. I had the Honey Glaze Salmon and my husband is vegan so he had The Smoked spinach Asparagus Mashed potatoes and Brocolini. When I tell you this had to be the best food with so much flavor. We were more then pleased. The only complaint we have is the music got really loud. If couldnt hear each other even if you are sitting right next o each other. But other then that I will definitely return and I must say I am adding this to my list of best restaurants in Atlanta.“

“My fellow traveler and I stopped by on our way home to Virginia. It was a long day of travel, delayed flights, we just wanted to sit down and chill. We didn’t expect much out of an airport restaurant… But we were both blown away. Our server, Tarvis, was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. The BLT with bacon jam, and the rice pudding with cinnamon and peaches was superb. (I could’ve eaten a whole jar of the bacon jam.) Tarvis, thank you for making two weary travelers leave your restaurant with pep in their step Keep on shining your light. And to any traveler who is leery of a place that serves a hamburger and a sushi roll… Fear not. This place is great.“

“Arrival: Woke up craving beignets & mimosas on 3/12/23 so a quick google search & I stopped here for brunch on my way out of Atlanta. Dead end drinks on a dead end street ? Lol love it. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. I sat at the bar first but then decided that I wanted to write so I asked to move to somewhere with a bit more space and they were happy to accommodate me. I sat upstairs and the view was just what I needed. (Very comfortable chairs as well!) The Food: Mimosa .. 10/10 Side hash with peppers & onions .. 10/10 Seasoned well and the veggies taste fresh and were cooked perfectly. I will get extra onions & peppers next time though. Side of Turkey bacon .. 10/10 Beignets .. 8/10 Though I wasn’t expecting an authentic taste, it did have more of a donut flavor. Wasn’t bad though! Overall experience: Wonderful! Affordable menu. Nice staff. Cool atmosphere. Can’t wait to return when I visit the city again. I’ll definitely be stopping back by to sit upstairs in my now favorite writing spot & for a cocktail or two. “So I ordered a large cheese pizza with roasted garlic from here on Uber eats. They took forever to make it, the driver pulled up and had to wait so that made for a cold pizza. Now, although cold, the pizza was pretty delicious. One of the better cheese pizzas I've tasted. Still deciding how they compare to Oz, but I gotta try it hot to know for sure. I usually only go here for the vegan burgers but I'll be back for the pizza!“

“My friend girl brought me to this restaurant for my birthday. I had the turkey ribs, collards, yams and Mac and cheese and the bread pudding, we even tried the fried green tomato,she had the turkey wings. OH ! My gosh the food was sooo, ( never heard of nor had a turkey ribs) it was so tender and the sauce was point on. I don't mind paying a good piece if the service and food is great.
