“This store is the greatest. I went a long time ago and it was horrible. I love how its improved and the best customer service. I don't know why it's changed so much but whatever the reason is, keep it up. It was clean and the bread was perfect, last time i went the bread was stale and the employees were rude. It was a great experience and i will come again! I went back and found the employees name is Leticia, she needs a raise! Or a reward! Please subway she was great!“

“I always greet I say hello or welcome and I have never been rude to any of my customers some people just don’t understand we get very busy and try to get everyone’s order done but we can not control how many orders we get and if people place catering and it takes all of our bread we’ve baked all you can do is be patient with us I understand that frustration but some things are out of our control also jimmy John’s is self serving if it’s not a pick up or delivery we don’t bag but if we’re not busy my staff always bag or at least offer a bag this is not our rule it’s jimmy John’s you’ll have to take that up with corporate I will take note of everything thing said and try to make me and my staff a better team I really appreciate you guys feed back I’m a very passionate about my job“

“Pretty good sandwich and coffee shop. I got the Miami Cuban Sandwich and it was alright. They have a variety of coffee flavors and good matcha. Not sure if it was a special event, but they had a DJ and were playing party music while we ate.“
